Nice hotel located in the heart of the city. Absolutely love the view of my room in the fifth floor, it's comfy and minimalist. The overall ambience is just right. Great selection of international TV channels. The staff are responsive and friendly, especially room service attendant called Azis. Excellent service. Overall, great value for money. Abso-bloody-lutely recommended.

There have been many improvements. Now the room always smells good, the towels smell good, stay clean, and comfortable. The shower also changes temperature quickly and has a stronger water flow. Keep up the good work!

I LOST MY GOLD RING IN THIS HOTEL IN HOTEL ROOM 216 BUT THERE WAS NO SOLUTION GIVEN BY THE HOTEL STAFF. GARBAGE, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME STAYING IN A HOTEL AND LOST MY STUFF! I REGRET STAYING IN THIS HOTEL, FRIENDS BE CAREFUL IF YOU STAY HERE, THERE ARE THIEVES!

Everything is good, the only downside is that if you borrow an iron you have to return it straight away, in my entire life when I go to a hotel, if I borrow an iron, I just leave it in the room -_- Even though I've been staying here for a week.

I've had nice experience staying at Maxone Hayam Wuruk. Service was good, check in & check out process smooth. Food was affordable. The room was spacious and comfortable. I think the only issue is during check in you have to prepare IDR 50k for deposit key, while the other hotel didn't ask for that now. Because many people already cashless today, so it's kind of a bit uncomfortable for me. But luckily I already withdraw some cash before I heading to the hotel.
