We had a great staycation during the holiday, the kids love it, although the swimming pool is quite small compare to the size of this hotel and the number of visitor, hope next time the swimming pool will be bigger

Pros. What a beautiful staycation at Mercure Ancol, they have friendly staff, from the security officer, bell boy and the receptionist they are all well performed during the peak season, especially with Pak Denny at the front desk, he is very helpful. The breakfast was good, the area of the restaurant is huge, can serve all the guests with small queuing and you can spend your time enjoy the food with no limit time. The best of the best is the pool slide that my son enjoyed the most. Cons. Almost none but due to covid situation the activities of the pool is limited to 1 hour only. The variety of food is very good but needs to be improved for the taste. Oh ya, you have to pay the entrance fee for your vehicle and people, so you will spend more money if you plan to go out/in the Ancol Area. This Mercure Hotel deserves 5 stars recommended hotel from me. Well done Mercure Ancol and Thank you for your hospitality.

this hotel is very recommended👍🏻 very comfortable when I stay overnight for family vacation.. thank’s for the service during my stay here 😀 especially, I love the breakfast menu as mie goreng aceh, beef sausage, omellete, chicken kungpao, chicken porridge..

we were 1 night stay. first impression is that we got upgraded room from executive to suite room. what a surprise!!! beautiful room, kids enjoyed the room and the view (beach view). we had a great breakfast too.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Surrounded by Ancol's facilities, I think this hotel is one of the best 4-star hotel in town. They have a new room concept, good food, friendly staff, and affordable room rate.

The hotel staff are friendly from the receptionist and all the staff, even those in the ATV area, are very friendly. The ocean view room area is spacious, only the bathroom smells a bit.

i'm staying 1 day after Eid Al Fitri, the hotel is full of kids playing on the kids playing zone, and that's how a hotel supposed to be. Kids friendly hotel.
Unfortunately because of holiday event, the road direct access from the hotel to Bandar Djakarta restaurant and Jimbaran restaurant was blocked for personal vehicle. Instead we are forced to use wara-wiri for transportation inside Ancol. this road diversion policy is coming from the Jaya Ancol resort, not the hotel.
for family that has two kids which tired and sleepy from playing on the beach have to be carried using wara wiri public transport. I hope the hotel can provide solution on this kind of situation in the future

Highly recommended for a staycation with family, with spacious room capacity & the view from the room is very good! There are also many child-friendly activities and facilities available here. I took the ocean view room type. The staff there are also alert & friendly with satisfactory service. I'll be back!

If you want to travel to Ancol, you can stay here. Because the hotel is child-friendly, the swimming pool is good, there are many activities, the rooms are spacious and quite clean.

I was allowed to check in early by the receptionist at 10.30.. the room area is clean with a sea view.. the swimming pool and outdoor and indoor playground areas are so enchanting.. afternoon to evening there is live music.. there are clowns giving out balloons, cooking classes and face painting..
input: provide a dispenser to refill drinking water in the room..
