The rooms are not clean. We went to the first room and it was bad. Toilet curtain was slimy at the bottom. Carpets were dusty and had stains. We asked for a switch to another room. But it wasn't that great. And we left the hotel, immediately. Checked out. All this while the luggage wasn't sent up. So we took it ourselves from the lobby and left.

Mercure Hotel Cikini boasts a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

Great place for staycation. Service and food is best. Maybe because a new year eve party and become too crowd, but all is best.

Very strategic location, very quick check in, near from many restaurants and shopping center.

The hotel is nice. Especially with the water dispenser that enable the guests to fill the water bottles. The culinary places around the hotel are plenty. Very nice restaurants and cafes. The staffs are friendly and welcoming us nicely. Thank you for yoir hard work.

Neat and clean room. Pleasant and comfy facilities. Please provide two or more water stations on each floor.

Pros = Very strategic location, spacious room and bathroom, the soaps/shampoo/conditioner are of good quality, comfortable chairs and tables that can be used as workstation. Lots of electric plugs, so you can charge multiple devices at the same time without having to fight over plugs. Thank God for the mirror on the dresser, so I can do my hairdo/makeup there, without having to move around from mirror to mirror. They also provide water dispenser at every floor of the guest rooms, so you can easily fill up your water supply whenever you need to. The pool and gym are of decent size and have quite good and complete equipment. Cons = Not really liking the bed. Too soft, which especially people with lower backpain might find uncomfortable. Not really impressed with the lobby / entrance / restaurant set-up. Too overcrowded with chairs and stands on top of each other. Even the receptionist area is literally right next to the restaurant serving area. All the smell of food readily meet your face and hair when you enter that area. I guess they are trying to work on the limited space available, but in the end it just overcrowds. Unfortunately at the time we were there, the pool cannot be used. There was simply no water. Maybe was under maintenance? But there was no sign that it was under maintenance or in cleaning process.

The room is nice and the bathroom is clean. Breakfast has lots of choices.
