The room was great space and very clean. The room service was also quick. The location of the hotel quite close to Jl. Pandanaran, souvenir center, and quite strategic to other landmarks of the city. It is very recommended for family trip.

Easy to check in & check out. Linen smells fresh. Fortunately we’re so surprised that the hotel wants to upgrade my room from deluxe into junior suite room since the deluxe room in under cleaning maintenance. No complaint for our stay so far.

Great space in room was the only good things, the rest are so so. Breakfast was almost empty 1hour bfore closing time. No more coffee? I had to buy coffee from the bar which I thought taste more like water with too much sugar!

1. Proses check-in, di kasih kamar yang salah setelah d tlpn baru minta maaf. Means they not check proper OTA saat proses check-in. Setalah itu di pindah kamar di lantai yg sama. 2. Masuk kamar, gak ada handuk dan keset di kamar mandi (hk check list saat pembersihan kamar tdk dilakuin). Wastafel kotor seperti bekas sabun yang mengering. 3. Junior Suites tp amenities dan bantalnya memprihatinkan. 4. Laundry ada laundry bag. So poor. 5. Mau ketemu sama MOD, katanya dateng jam 8 malem. Huft. 6. Ngobrol dgn Spv apa Manager front office gitu. Dia malah nyeritain kendala operasional dia (senyum aja dah) 7. Kebersihan kamar di bawah rata2.8. Kebersihan Linen sangat memperihatinkan. 9. Memilih hotel ini di OTA karna manajemen pajang foto presiden dan dalam pemikiran sy, ber arti semuanya standar. 10. Semoga ini menjadi masukan ke manajemen hotel untuk lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Ohya. Akhir nya di kasih handuk 2 dan keset kamar mandi 1 pieces. Terima kasih buat mbaknya.

It was our second stay in this hotel, and the experience for both of our stay was pretty much the same. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was spacious, but it was a bit too cold for us, and some parts were not properly cleaned. The breakfast was quite good, but felt like it needs a bit more variety. The location was quite strategic, not far from major roads in Semarang.

Udh booking lama request large bed dikasihnya twinbed digabung jd large bed, pinjem mangkok sm piring disuruh bayar 20rb udh gitu dikasih piring yg udh ada pecahannya, mau telfon room service tp telfon di kamar ganyambung sm linenya jd cuman hiasan aja, kamar mandi pas dateng ada kecoa kecil, pas masuk bau apek, lift jg mesti dibenerin, lama bgt. Overall a very bad stay, ga pernah nginep di hotel yg maintenance separah ini. Jelek bgt.

ACnya ga dingin, ini lagi call teknisi dan diminta tunggu 20 menit kalo ga dingin diminta call lagi. Gimana ya kita mau istirahat jadi ngurusin AC.

Awesome place. Good services. Room is not that clean but okay. Music from the downstairs too loud and I can hear from the room. I spent a night in Ramadhan Month and there 's iftar party so the way to receptionist was so crowded.
