Overpriced.
With the condition of the room, mattress, bathroom is very poorly maintained and the mattress is not very comfortable
Just entered the room there was a chicken bone .. not really .. but the cleaning service staff quickly came to clean it immediately .. yes but it's funny when you just checked in there was a chicken bone on the floor ..
it's a shame the concept is unique ..
try to fix it first and clean it better the place will definitely be really nice ..

The villa staff sat set to solve the problem when we complained about the facilities. Hopefully there will be improvements from every customer complaint. Especially the comfort of rodents who like to enter the room from the gaps in the cubicles.

this is the worst hotel I've ever visited
highly not recommended
just for information, the standard room has no water heater (the water in that area is very cold, huh) and the toilet is squatting (do hotels still have squatting toilets these days?)
I checked in around 5 pm, but the condition in the room was that there were no towels and soap provided, I had asked the receptionist for WA, but until 7 pm no one had sent it to the room. we had to go to the reception office and get angry there asking for towels
do you know the answer? because we ran out of towels, sis, there were a lot of guests
haaah? the hotel ran out of towels? it's funny, towels and soap should be ready, those are the most standard things provided by the hotel, no matter how many guests there are, they should have stock according to the number of rooms
oh yeah, the soaking pool is full of dirt and can't be used
for that price, it's very unsatisfactory, both in terms of service and atmosphere, it's better to look for another one

A little disappointed because I couldn't enjoy the warm water of the pool in the room, initially the water tap wasn't on, then the employee fixed it but the water only came out for a few minutes. If I may give some input, it would be better for rooms with a private pool, 1 or 2 hours before the guests arrive so that they can soak straight away when they arrive in the room 😊

with a fairly expensive price because it was the weekend, the water heater didn't work, imagine all of us were cold when we took a shower because the air there was really cold, we complained at first to change the battery and it didn't work, then they said someone would fix it tomorrow morning and they didn't show up until we got home, other facilities such as towels and soap had to be asked for first before they were given, breakfast was just standard depending on taste even though the place was already good but once was enough for the experience

The access road is narrow and rocky and enters an alley (didn't know it could be through the terminal parking gate). Nice villa. Quiet atmosphere. Check-in private pool was already filled with water so the kids jumped in straight away. Too bad the water was cool. Only the water that came out of the shower was lukewarm. Breakfast was fried rice. But we liked the atmosphere and concept of the villa

Disappointed with the price that is quite expensive but does not get complete facilities, ordered a private pool but could not be used, the waterhiter was dead, the bathroom was dirty, for the first time staying experience it was quite bad, please improve it again in the future so that customers are not disappointed, thank you.
