The facilities are good, the only downside is that it is difficult to get water for bathing, this will be fixed soon, because comfort is number 1, especially for a villa at that price.

the place is cool. beautiful. there is a private hot water soaking pool. but unfortunately at night the room is noisy because there are animals going back and forth on the roof. and I was surprised to see Mickey Mouse going back and forth in the room stealing food 😱 please pay attention again to the cleanliness of the room. and the holes that animals can get through

I stayed on October 5-6, arrived at the location at 15.30 in the afternoon and was shocked by the condition of the room which was not worthy of being called a villa, the water was off until 10pm and only came back on, when it rained the room leaked and asked for a change but was ignored, complained from 5am asking to move rooms until 10am and was offered, moved but was told by the staff that if you move the room will still be the same, even though when having breakfast it turned out there were many similar rooms, I started to think whether the rooms sold on Traveloka were really bad rooms, because it is impossible for the manager not to know what kind of room he is selling, it was not checked if the room is not worth selling, unfortunately it cannot be canceled because of the rules given when we booked from Traveloka and unfortunately it was reviewed by previous people who said the facilities were not good and no pictures were given, until I was wondering whether it was because I booked from Traveloka, because when I checked in there was already a room number printed, because next to me also got a room similar to mine, please help Traveloka controlled by hotels like this, even though you are just an agent, don't help sell bad rooms to people, I paid 997k for a leaky room. The toilet was broken (I didn't have time to take a photo of the room, you already know what the toilet is like) and the vinyl carpet floor was torn, if you are interested in staying at this villa because you saw people on YouTube, consider my review.

The service is really good, always prioritizes customer complaints. But unfortunately there is a lot that needs to be improved in the room facilities, the bathroom and most recently the flies are annoying🥲but the atmosphere is really nice, the place is also nice, minus the room facilities which haven't been improved enough, hopefully with this comment we can improve what is still lacking. Don't worry about going there, it's an addictive place 🥰.

The road to the location is badly damaged. Breakfast is delivered at 09.30, it's either breakfast or lunch.
