Best service that I ever received in a hotel staycation. The price that you paid is worth it with the services that you get. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, willing to help no matter what you came to the hotel with. I came on a motorcycle with my family and got the same services as the other guest that came in a car. Honestly, this is the first time that I got this kind of service during staying at the hotel and I really appreciate it and hope that this will always stay the same. Family-friendly hotel with lots of activities for kids such as a swimming pool, kids playground, rabbit village, free kids activities (planting strawberry trees during my stay), horse riding (40k), basketball court, mini futsal field etc. Nice scenery around the hotel. Complete amenities inside the room, clean comfy room with a nice fragrance. The quiet cool temperature even though without air con. Breakfast really good with enough food and beverage variety, and the food taste was great I give it 9 out of 10. My advice to the hotel is that it would be great to add an outdoor kids playground and add some kid's pool equipment. It was a wonderful, unforgettable staycation at novus giri. Classic yet elegant services was served starting from the gate when we entered the hotel. How the security greeted us, bet you feel secured and welcomed. The receptionist was so pretty and calm, didn't get her name but all of them take good care of every guest. The rooms was spacious and homey, love the interior. The most important was the water heater works well:), got cleaned bathtub, and for the kiddo, the have so many facilities: got swimming pool, horse riding, basketball and tennis, the rabbit village. This place is perfect for the grannies and grandpops, kiddo and parents. I personally encourage you to go nowhere but here if you go to puncak area. More excellent things about novus giri resort and spa are the wonderful food, wonderful staffs, wonderful Head Chef Sumarno, he visited our table as the first table having the yummy and full of variety breakfast on the second day here. Surely all of them are fantastic. Be back here very soon. I wonder if they will have pet hotel also at this place someday so I don't have to leave my cookie dog at the pet hotel somewhere far from our staycation. Anyway thank you novus giri for the best staycation ever.

It's a great experience for staying here. The room is new with bathtub. Very clean and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for family, friends, and couple.
