Overall, during my stay it was ok.
The distance to reach, accessibility and its surrounding was great. We can reach convinient stores just by walking.
The staff are friendly but sometimes you have to buzz them to the reception when you need something as they don't respond the WhatsApp. It's weird because they put a telephone in the room, assuming it can be used to contact the receptionist unfortunately it didn't work at all.
It wasn't a nice time to visit though cause it was rainy season, so the room has a certain smell of humidity. And the toilet doesn't dry quickly, so most of the time the floor gets wet for too long. The kitchen area got wet due to heavy rain.
Though there still need some improvement, it was ok.

Unclear service. No coordination between shift officers. Disadvantageous to customers, especially in terms of breakfast and check-in. Breakfast tastes bland for porridge, fried rice is too sweet with too much soy sauce. The room is okay, only the AC often turns itself off and on. Even though I never set the timer. Reset it still doesn't work.

The environment is great. The staff also friendly and fast respond. Cleanliness of the hotel also good. The setting of this hotel is unique and different with another place, because the building seems like villa and we can access the room from front door and also back door that connect directly to the parking area without passing the lobby. So it gives more privacy to the guest. One suggestion that I could mention is please add glass sticker/blind sticker on the bathroom area, to make it more comfortable while took a bath.

This is my umpteenth time staying here. The room size is sufficient, there is netflix and youtube. Highly recommended for families with small children, there is a kitchen so the children can cook their own food 👍

Drinks (Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta) next time do not need to be put in the refrigerator if there is an additional charge, because if you have checked in and the drinks are put in the refrigerator, there is no additional charge, unless you order outside of the room booking fee.

Clean room, friendly and efficient receptionist, quite clean pool. The only thing lacking, I ordered pay at the hotel. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I immediately paid in cash. But my pay later guarantee was not restored.
