The check-in time from the hotel is at 14.00wib, when we arrived at that hour, there was still not a single room ready for use, so we had to wait around 15min.
Very bad service, the hotel manager barely cares about visitors. The hotel rooms look more like a dormitory, the rooms are very smelly, the ventilation holes are very small, the bed is broken and too sunken. Every night, the sound of the hotel owner's dog always howling, this is very disturbing.
This is the worst lodging I have ever visited.

I will not want to stay here again because the waiter or receptionist is not available, only one person is very disappointing Handpone capital I hope it is deleted, I call Oyo to communicate but not picked up at all inappropriate on the web like this, thank you .

The hot water is not alive, the environment is dirty, we come there are no people or receptionists who welcome, the TV is blurred, it has been a complaint but the indifferent officers. Bad, not recommended.

It doesn't match the number in the receptionist app, there is nothing to complain, I don't know who I want to go to. And the trash cans are empty, too, after the renovation of the Pnas water is broken, then the towel also doesn't have a glaze, we love it. 🤦♀️.
