the check-in place is weird): sorry to say that. then really weird tbtb changing rooms. from the ugly room so it is quite glowing ... then I swear that the ugly room does not use the sheet, please): really strange ... eh tbtb changed room ... really annoying the wrong room. wow ceyeeeemmmm😭👍 don't recommend for WKWKWK staycation.

Very not recommended, if you want to check in early, you will be charged 100/150 thousand even though it is 11/12 hours, and the service is not good for one of the employees, in the dirty place when asked for the first time * has it been cleaned? And the info about the air conditioner had no wind * was answered curtly * it was cleaned before you guys came, the name also just turned on the electricity, it wasn't cold yet * in fact, the air conditioner had no wind and was very loud in the air conditioner, the room was dirty dusty, the toilet was smelly Kayk hasn't been cleaned for a long time. when I complained, I moved rooms, but the toilet smells really good, the shower doesn't work, the towels don't get dry so they smell musty, the free WiFi info is real there is no hard signal for IM3 or XL. Worse, you can't get free parking so you get a parking fee of 99 thousand for a day, the most expensive parking fee so far.

Cust was asked again for 20 thousand taxes, parking was not free, paid parking up to 85 thousand, the hotel price was 200 thousand but it was not comfortable, there were no blankets, rooms like old buildings were not clean wow the point is not clear. If you calculate the total hotel price in the 300s, it is not comfortable and not clean.

The service is very bad, I arrived at the lobby, the lobby officer was very ignorant and told me to call the qubik while I did not have his contact number, Finally I carried my items to the qubik office. Sempai there I was escorted to the room it turned out that the room was very dirty I was also not given a key to the gate then I asked the security as the qubik clerk suggested but that too was ignored and even said just ask his office. Finally I decided to leave the place and move to Grand Alia Senen. Room service is not very soundproof.

Fair interior space. ordinary and cramped rooms. minus yes the sink is dirty, the balcony is dirty. the least worth it, parking pays 4 thousand / hour. Can you imagine there 24 hours, the price is comfortable star hotel.

the rooms was different with the photo. the balcony looks never be cleaned. the bed sheet not proper to use because many Marks. the staff also charge tax 20.000 (twenty thousand) rupiah besides the bill from travel agent

The rooms don't really match the photos. There is also no WiFi as stated in the application. The drainage of water in the bathroom was clogged, when I finished taking a shower, flood water entered the room. anyway I am very disappointed. when I asked to change rooms, it happened that I was full booked, there were no remaining rooms. Please pay attention to the state of the room again. fortunately the employees are not arrogant.
