The location of the hotel is in the Green Stay Inn or Nunia Inn apartment. There is no desk, if you want to check in, you must first contact the guard 0813-2882-2259.

Idiot hotel, the crew is stupid idiot. My bathroom had no light and was not repaired. The TV is there but it doesn't work. Rotten hotel.

Just like the other one, when checking in you are asked for additional money, there is no WiFi, the staff is not helpful, and so on. give up already.

I swear this time I get an uncomfortable hotel service, waiting in the lobby not telling to sit down, waiting an hour to check-in, the reason is that I find a room first, once given the key, don't go round looking for your own room, once the room is found open the room, it smells really bad from inside the room, OK, still trying to enter, when you sit in a bed that is uncomfortable, noisy, open the bathroom smells like a public toilet, as a result, immediately check out from there, feeling annoyed and disappointed, just turning the key without the receptionist's expression, as if you don't know what What. Thank you for not being there anymore.

Only one towel, even though I ordered it for two people, there was no teeth attitude, no blanket, dirty water, AC was not cold, there was no drinking water, the place was dirty and dirty. Kapok I book a room in this hotel sorry.

The available OYO 3247 room does not match the photos posted on the web. Room AE.1.17 .. Besides, when entering the room the smell of cigarette smoke is very thick. Likewise the bathroom. Not in accordance with what was posted .. Some times ordered rooms and OYO facilities, this time it's not appropriate posted, so I have to cancel the stay there ..

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed, the expectation between the terteran picture and the room provided is totally inappropriate, the bed directly rests on the floor and also the mattress is very hard like sleeping on a stack per spring, the room also has no soundproof so activities outside the room it was very clearly heard to the room and it was very disturbing break, the receptionist who was informed about the problem again blamed me as a guest who stayed, until we decided co dawn and chose another hotel. And in the room there is no wifi but in the description of the choice of hotel there😩.

Okay, I'm sorry beforehand that my writing was not fun. Because I was made very uncomfortable by hotel receptionists who did not respect guests, namely: 1. Upon check-in, I was given a room nmor BW UG 2, where when I searched for the room with difficulty carrying a bag and other items upon meeting the room it turned out not ready to use (power outages, TV device cluttered on chairs). then I went down and asked the receptionist, instead of helping instead he had to turn on the NCB / MCB himself in the room. since when guests are asked to work on NCB / MCB which is dangerous in my opinion. 2. When I ask to change rooms, I am given a room that has no simple toiletries (minimum towels) and again I am asked to turn on my own NCB / MCB from outside the room. Okay after that I report to the receptionist asking for a towel and soap, then I go back to the room waiting to be delivered. So long ago I returned to the receptionist, towels and soap were on the table and given to me at the table. Really not polite in my opinion. 3. I dare write this and rate hotel Oyo 3247 this one is ugly because the night before I stayed at the Oyo hotel. It's very pleasant for the same hotel class. with friendly service, cleaner and neater hotel.
