The hotel is clean, the view is good because from the room you can directly see Mount Singgalang, the swimming pool is clean, the service is good, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The shower has hot and cold water. Affordable prices, basically OK 👍

Very bad service. From the start they didn't explain the rules until they just asked to sign. Eh, when I checked out the sheets were stained, I was charged 150 thousand, the hotel price was only 200 thousand in cash, almost half of me regretted staying here. The rules are deliberately written in English so that people don't understand. If it was done on purpose, it's okay, this stain was just not done on purpose. Even if a 5 star hotel is going to be tarnished, it never pays like that.
