Entered the room and the air was not good. The circulation felt dry, idk why. Hotel rooms tend to retain humidity. This one felt different. Then less than 30 minutes after I entered the room there was a puddle of water in the middle of the mattress (I reserved a twin bed). Called the receptionist and had the floor cleaned. That night after I returned from an agenda outside, there was a cockroach on the pillow. Because I was too tired that night, I just let it be. The layout of the hotel was also not very pleasing to me because the lobby was on the top floor and most of the rooms were on the lower floors. The nice part was that my room was called early in the morning because there was an offer of breakfast or room service (I booked a room without breakfast).

the room is not according to the picture, the deluxe in the picture has a window facing the outside. in fact, you get a window facing the wall. not worth it, I intended to pay more for a deluxe room for the window. eh, I got nothing". like a smart room

The staff is friendly. Especially the Front Office. The room is okay. The bed when I took it was indeed big. Clean for the bed and linen. Unfortunately the toilet needs to be re-maintained in terms of the toilet urinal flash and the spray is very dirty. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful, nice and very comfortable for the room. But the problem is that the place is in a mall and this mall is very dirty 🥴🥴 the access is very poor, you have to park in the mall until the top floor. I'm from Surabaya, I don't know, this mall is located close to Blok M 🫣 if I go there again I think twice 🙏😳 the hotel is 100% beautiful Access is not at all in my opinion.

Quite comfortable and clean. The location is on the top of the mall and the traditional market is on the bottom. Many food/snack sellers. There are many empty spaces in the hotel that should be used for fitness/fitness facilities.

The bathroom floor is slippery, dirty, the toilet hole is crusty & smelly. The location is around a slum, above the market & attached to a small mall. With a price of 400K this time I got a slightly less facility. There is a deposit of 50K / room 😓
