The front office was very slow when I want to check in. Towel wasn't not available, nor the toilet mat. I had to call the front office, they only gave me towel. O well. There was a cockroach in my room, and since the AC didn't work well (AC- nya bocor, dan tidak ada keset di kamar go figure) I was too lazy to complain. Need major improvement.

I hope this hotel will be more clean from out side until all area hotel but when I am stay here I am happy because the staff was frendly and helpful. In my batroam not towel there. So I use the tisu peper in toilet for dry my body.

Overall it was good and comfortable enough for you that go to hotel just for sleep or rest a little bit. It suites the price. I would say the hotel theme is classic but some part absolutely need to be fix or upgrade. The lift is quite small but enough. The part that that I don't feel comfortable is some of the receptionist don't give a good energy. Like barely smile or not smile at all. I do understand its some of them are old person but still hospitality is needed. But again, they sure give a good enough service. The worst is there are this animals that I always found in the bathroom. Maybe like a small leech or worm, I honestly don't know (in the picture). After I spray them away yet they keep coming. I am not sure where they coming from but I am afraid they maybe come from the pipe under the sink or some other part in the bathroom. I also found some spot in the bed sheet and blanket but if we look at the price it feels alright. The check in and check out time is quite flexible so I would recommend this hotel for someone that love to travel and have only a short time at the hotel.

Dipersulit proses check in padahal sudah sangat jelas saya order by app, dan saya datang pada pukul 9malam, tapi proses check in sangat dipersulit sehingga saya harus menunggu dan menunggu lagi, hotel menyeramkan walaupun ditengah kota. Langsung saya putuskan check out jam 4 pagi.
