I got an amazing experience stayed in this hotel. Recommend to have a staycation in Pangkalpinang.

Over all a fair stay. Pros: Located near some restaurants. Allowed me to check in at 12pm. Cons: The hotel is undergoing major renovations. Noise started early in the morning and never been informed to the guest. One morning the hot water been shut off. The restaurant is closed. The hallway is very dusty. The stairway become holding place for clean linens and dirty plates from room service. The bathroom setup is very weird, they provide 2 bottles of shampoos but no body soap. There is no place to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom, ended up have to put anything on the floor. Nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. The clean towels are placed the furthest away from the bathroom, l suggested to change the setting and place it by the sink next to the bathroom. The pillows smell. The duvet is not covered with sheets, l am not sure how many people have been using it and how often it's been washed.

Good place, good staycation. Recomended. Thank you.
