The location is indeed in the middle of the city, and not too far from Ciwalk. From the front it looks clean but after checking in, I happened to get a room on the 1st floor which was the most corner and stuffy, the bathroom was already covered in moss, and the walls were peeling off when it was time to repaint. Many guests or employees smoke around the stairs, so the smoke goes everywhere. Waste from other guests' mineral drinks in front of the room was not immediately cleaned up.

very comfortable staying here, have chosen to rest here for several nights... and very close access to RSHS, back and forth just walk... hot water is smooth, AC is cold, TV is ok, especially cool with the sound of gurgling water in the pond with very beautiful fish... there are also many food and laundry sellers around it... basically the best choice while back and forth at RSHS

The place is comfortable, complete facilities. The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. The next day I saw the cleaning staff checking the rooms one by one. Salute. Thank you!

The AC is not cold enough and there are clothes in the cupboard, it looks like they were former guests, the cleanliness is sufficient and the reception is friendly, around the hotel there are lots of food sellers and there is a coffee shop in the hotel area with a very comfortable interior for relaxing and just having a drink.
