I have great experienced staying here at s7 suites. the room was so calming with wood interior. complete bathroom item. good food. good staff. everything is good. I really recommend it staying here.

Excellent service. The staffs are so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless. Room was clean. In-room breakfast was good and practical for me someone as lazy as me

The room is clean, the bathroom is too narrow, the water overflows to the floor of the room. The AC is not cold enough. Breakfast is not free, you have to choose a breakfast menu. And it turns out that what comes is not in accordance with the menu book. At breakfast, no water is provided 😅. The drinking water provided is not refilled. You have to call the front office first, it's a hassle.

+: The room is quite spacious, clean, there are 3 choices for breakfast (all delicious), close to mini market/culinary, fast water, ok staff. -: The bathroom is a bit less wide and too close to the bed, noise from outside can still be heard, wifi is not very strong. Hopefully it can be improved in the future, good luck.

Booking the suites, I thought I would get a comfortable one, but it turned out to be very noisy. Couldn't sleep until 2 in the morning because of the street noise. So the Suite is at the end, it has a balcony, so if you look outside it will look like our room, but yes, there is no peace. Finally, the next day, I asked for the usual move, a downgrade, but it was much calmer. So, I suggest that if you intend to relax, don't choose the Suite. Standard food/breakfast, the first day choose American style breakfast, but it didn't suit my taste. The next day choose something safe, fried rice. Cleanliness is okay, because it is cleaned every day, towels are also changed. The location is close to Gandaria City, there are also many food places around the hotel. So don't worry about food.

The facilities are much better than its class. But there are no extra beds. Communication about breakfast which must be ordered first must also be emphasized, because at 7 o'clock and above if it is still cooking it will take a long time to wait.

Great stay! Booked 4 days 3 nights for superior room and paid an upgrade to deluxe suite upon arrival. Best decision ever! Room has more space, however, the bathroom still too tiny. This is one of the best 4 stars in town. Affordable room rates and inclusive with breakfast, its just the breakfast could have a bigger option. One additional notes, they really need to change the shower head, as the water went out everywhere causing that tiny bathroom floor wet. P. S. If you a light sleeper, don't stay in the suite, cause the road noise will keep you awake. Did I mentioned the suite has a tiny balcony too? Will be back to stay here again.

American and intercontinental breakfast ❤️. Staff friendly, super accommodating 🙏🏼. Check in and check out very smooth. Lots of local foods, mart, pharmacy nearby. Room clean, at night not noisy at all. We really have good rest here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
