It's really just a mattress, where the mattress is hard like a boarding house mattress, not a hotel. There is no cupboard, no table/chair. The location is only close to the Malioboro terrace. It's a bit dusty but the toilet is clean because it's new.

The hotel staff are friendly, the cleanliness is poor, even though the potential of this hotel is good, the guests are noisy in the morning because the parking lot is difficult to get out of, the staff have to call each guest one by one to ask for their car to be moved, maybe next time, it will be better to register for guests bringing 4-wheeled vehicles.

3 star hotel, but jasmine facilities, very small rooms, no wardrobe, table and chairs, no lobby, no room boy, rooms are never cleaned, towels are not changed, the only advantage is the strategic location

It seems like a new hotel, because it's quite crowded during the high season, the hotel is quite comfortable, there is no wardrobe provided, only hangers and 2 hangers. Hot water works well, the toilet is clean and connected to the shower, there is no partition. There is no electric kettle so it's a bit difficult if you want warm water There are bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and sachets of soap/shampoo The TV can't be played, it seems like a cooca brand smart TV, but it's not a problem because we don't stay at the hotel too much The location is quite strategic, a 5-minute walk from Malioboro Access to buy food online is not too far and there are many choices It's just a shame there is no wardrobe, for those who are traveling and staying for a long time, you can't hang clothes There is no iron that can be borrowed, maybe because the price is only affordable But overall, it's quite recommended if you want to stay near Malioboro

super affordable hotel especially for backpackers. clean. new building. the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is also clean, you can get amenities such as toothbrush + toothpaste + mineral water + clean towels. the mode is like a boarding house with AC in Jakarta. really worth it for the price of 250 thousand if you book directly to the hotel or 370 thousand if you use Traveloka. just a bit stuffy because there is no ventilation at all. exit the hotel directly to Malioboro. close to Bringharjo market. awesome

I came here during the long weekend of Isro Mi’raj and Chinese New Year so it was crowded and fully booked so I couldn’t add another day even though I originally wanted to stay longer but I only got 2 days. The room size is small but it’s quite good if it’s just for sleeping, it’s still newly cleaned but still smells of paint, there’s AC and hot water for bathing, the location is very close to Malioboro, you can walk straight to Malioboro at night or in the morning and it’s very close to the center of bakpia/culinary souvenirs, but unfortunately there’s no cupboard/storage rack for bags and clothes/shoes so you put your stuff in the corner.
