The condition of the occupied room is better in terms of cleanliness. But for the bathroom, it still needs to be improved. Because the bathroom floor is a bit dirty. The glass divider in the shower room has a lot of mold. For amenities, please provide a comb and mouthwash. I give more points to the hotel team/staff who are very friendly and agile when serving guests.

The bathroom is not clean and the towels do not absorb water when used. And when performing the maghrib prayer, I saw quite a lot of hair on the back of the bed. Very unhygienic. Frankly disappointing. Is there no re-check or QC after the room is cleaned to be resold to the next guest?

I had requested from the start for the top floor but was given the second floor which had a view of the wall of the building next door. The reason was that no rooms were ready even though it was almost 4 o'clock at check-in time, even though there were few guests.

When entering the room. The soap is very liquid like in a public toilet but I asked for a refill and added it again, for the room the sheet has lots of stains, there is no tumbler glass in the bathroom to rinse your mouth. The room is quite spacious. The AC is cold, but unfortunately the breakfast menu is not complete, the food is just ordinary. And the toilet in the room is not clean, the shower head is already yellow, the towel is dull / not clean white. Thank you
