Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. The view was great, the room was wide and clean with a fancy bathtub. Thank you Shanaya for making our stay unforgettable.

is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and nature. cabins were big enough for the two of us and done really nicely. note for some, there is no hot water for showers in the cabins. we loved it and the night life there has plenty to offer.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Really serves well. The room is also very nice, spacious and clean. Especially very fragrant.
Just a suggestion. I came during the rainy season and was taken by cart when it was raining. When we entered the Kertarajasa villa that I rented, there was indeed a place for an umbrella and there were 2 umbrellas. It's just that, the mat to clean sandals/shoes so they are not slippery and dirty is only available in the bathroom. My suggestion, maybe more mats will be added so that during the rainy season the floor is not slippery when guests from outside want to enter the room.
Furthermore, Shanaya has stolen my heart with its extraordinary comfort. Everything is perfect and I am a city person who wants healing from noise can rest very comfortably here. Thank you 🤍

The initial experience of staying here felt cool. Comfortable, feels like being at home. There are many photo spots. When I stayed there, the lights went out but there was lighting inside immediately. Only the TV facilities for Netflix were interrupted. Overall ok.

First time here underestimate, because from the outside it doesn't look like it's really nice inside, at that time in the Ranggawuni type room, and yesterday confused about where to celebrate our wedding anniversary, finally because my husband is a security here so I tried to stay again but the Kertanegara type, the room is clean, spacious and serene for married couples + kids, the environment is kids friendly, and the staff are friendly to the point of giving us a surprise cake, thank you Shanaya... a very memorable anniversary experience for us..

The environment is very quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and fast to respond when contacted even though the hotel is busy during long weekends... maybe buggy cars can be added when check-in and check-out are busy

The location is a bit far from the city but it's good, not noisy with vehicle sounds. Lots of games for kids, there's a swimming pool. Really fun. Want to come back again. Only the toilet smells a bit like urine when you enter. Then the corners of the cupboard are full of dust.

I got a room that was very far at the end, on the edge of the river, so from the hotel car drop off the road was very far and dark, the view in front of the room was bad, the river and bamboo trees, scary at night. For the quality of the resort, it's actually okay, there are many types of rooms, it's clean, there are many SW pools, suitable for staycations, the air and atmosphere are still beautiful.
