When I first entered I was shocked, I was told to take off my shoes... it was like going into a mosque... there was no TV, in the toilet there was only soap, no toothbrush and toothpaste, in cheaper hotels there is... when I first entered the toilet it smelled like durian...

Quiet hostel and very friendly staff, even the owner greets and chats with guests. Comfortable house with classic Javanese ambience - feels like home - and adequate facilities. Most of the guests are still foreign tourists, when I stayed everything was quiet, minimal noise.

A highly recommended hostel in Jogja close to the city center with very friendly service from the staff and owner. Comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms plus a complete shared kitchen, free coffee and tea and a comfortable communal space to gather. It feels like home. Thank you for all the services. Must stay here if you go to Jogja again.

It is no mistake that this hostel gets a very high rating because we get all the comfort here. Local and foreign guests get excellent service from the hostel owner. We feel like at home, highly recommended to stay here. Thank you sleepy rascon hostel.

Pak ahmad, the owner, is unlike any other owner of accomodations. Not many would go out of their way to help us out. Once he borrowed me a helmet when I need it. And sometimes he randomly gave me fruits for snacking 😄 as a backpacker, I highly recommending this hostel for you to stay in yogyakarta.

This hostel basically a big house with a big yard. It 's clean, homy, comfortable, located nearby one of the most bustling street in jogja, but a little bit far south from the city center. I think it 's better if you have/rent a vehicle. It 's got a spacious communal area, you can use the kitchen, the fridge. There is free drinking water and the staff gives you free towels to use. You can have a chat with other guests as well if you want to. I've travelled to so many countries and met so many people, one thing for sure: this hostel has got one of the best, most friendly, most accomodating owner I've ever met.

This is a backpacker hostel for foreigners 😁. This looks like a house turned into a hostel. Clean, not noisy, there is a complete kitchen that can cook, complete coffee and tea in the kitchen, a large yard for safe car parking, the water is clean and doesn't smell, the rooms are spacious (ensuite bathroom) and it's not too far if you want to go to Malioboro. It's just that when I stay overnight, the water heater doesn't function. I've reported it, they say there's no problem in the other rooms, but why don't we check our room directly? Haha. Well, that's fine, because I don't really need warm water, so I don't keep complaining. The mattress is hot, because it's a foam bed model, right, and the AC is directed directly at the bed. For the price of 200k, it's not bad, it's not bad but it's not a very comfortable bed for sleeping. I chose this hostel because the price was right (although the price doesn't go up on weekends 👍) for taking a shower and lying down after being outside all day, it's really great.

Sorry, we use good quality mattresses and for hot water, we have a large water heater machine in your bathroom and a bathroom next to your room. So far, there have been no problems with hot water in our hostel. To use hot water, the tap must be turned up and turned to the right. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, the location is strategic and easy to reach by Transjogja, the AC is also cold and the bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. So the conclusion is that it is highly recommended if you want to book here at an affordable price.

Lengkap fasilitas nyaa. Kamar besar ada AC, ada dapur, dispenser. Cuma yaa memang agak berisik kalo lagi ramai orang. Dekat dari terminal. Untuk Family Trip & Solo Trip ok sih.

Really Hidden Gems, if you go to Jogja you have to come here. Families can also do it because there are family rooms. I chose the dormitory, it only accommodates 2 people so it feels private. Plus the hotel's location is in an alley so it's not noisy. For example, if you bring a car, the parking is quite spacious. For example, if you want to play, going to the beach area is easy, because leaving the hostel a little is already on the southern ringroad. Towards Parangtritis/Gunung Kidul. Getting to the city area is also easy, around 5-10 minutes. Coincidentally, the owner is Arab, when breaking the fast he was given takjil fruit soup. There is a shared kitchen & complete equipment so you can still eat breakfast, the staff are also helpful. The bonus is Netflix & PS4. Will definitely come back here if I go to Jogja.
