The plunge pool rooms looks exactly like the pictures, and even better. We stayed here for 3 nights,(plunge pool rooms with connecting door), as our sons birthday presents. They loved it and swam twice a day, everyday! They loved the pool, the bathtub, the beds are so comfortable, the beach and the their towels even smell like pandans. So soothing! We've got a vouchers for free family picture around the hotel area, and it turned out really nice! The photographer is good with kids and polite too. The foods are tasty, but most of the menu are more "fusion" style. There are some locals who sells balinese sarong, seashells bowls, bracelets and silvers at the beach, but in a good amount and good price too. The best part is you can always pay via QR code. My kids says Its their best birthday present ever! So no regrets!

Really had an incredible stay here, We’ve book for ocean front room but we got a free upgrade to One bedroom pool villa. Thank god we really enjoyed that time. During the pandemic situation their facilities are limited, such as breakfast at Toya Restaurant sea front. and all sanitized well and extra safety. thank you sofitel we had a great experienced here and will be back soon after the pandemic. hopefully the Covid 19 will be end really soon.

It is necessary to install a sign pointing to the lobby because the hotel is very large, so directions to the lobby are needed after exiting the lift.

Very nice room and views. The pool was fun and spacious. Private beach to walk around. Services was superb, and nice selections of breakfast to begin our day. Definitely will visit again.

Stay at room 3307 on weekday for holiday but all the experience no more than 3 star hotel :(1. Check in process is too long & waited for room to be ready more than 3 pm. 2. Moldy faucet, like no one is capable of cleaning it. clean it. 3. Mirror, teapot & several spots that have thick dust like they haven't been wiped for a long time. 4. 5 star hotel but use coffee sachets that I can get in 'street stalls'

Saya menginap 2 malam di Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort dengan kamar yang ada poolnya. Kamarnya nyaman, bersih, halaman belakangnya luas. Anak-anak sangat senang di sini, bisa juga berkeliling taman dan pantai dengan sepeda. Bisa massage di pinggir pantai, atau sekedar santai sambil menikmati pemandangan laut, area taman & pantainya sangat bersih, benar-benar experience yang sangat menyenangkan. Menu breakfast di restaurant lengkap & enak. Seluruh staff semuanya ramah dan responsif.

Saya pesen dari sebulan lalu. Pesan 2 kamar karena saya bawa anak dan orang tua. Saya sudah kasih note kamar berdeketan. Tapi malah dikasih beda lantai yang sangat merepotkan. Pas check in saya info lagi. Karena saya pagi sudah titip koper dan info ke receptionist. Tapi mereka datar aza. Sangat mengecewakan untuk hotel sekelas sofitel. Pas check out saya langsung minta ketemu duty managernya. Baru mereka minta maaf. Tapi saya keburu kecewa.

The room is spacious, the beds are comfy, we got rooms that near to the private beach. All is good, but somehow the breakfast didn't vary from day to day.
