Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Dear Guest(s), We have received your booking and delighted to host you soon. Kindly noted that: Check-in time begins at 14:00, and check-out is no later than 12:00. If you wish to perform an early check-in, please inquire about availability first through our WhatsApp admin at +62811221026. Late check-out is available with an additional fee and is subject to on-site availability. Check-out fees until 14:00: 25% of the tent rate Check-out fees until 17:00: 50% of the tent rate - Booking(s) are non refundable and no reschedule allowed. - The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated in one tent is 4 adults and 1 child under 7 years old (no additional facilities are provided). SoraCai reserves the right to take firm action if guests cannot comply with these regulations. - Parking lots are not managed by SoraCai, but by the Regional Government. Parking rate costs IDR 50,000/car/day including tourist attraction fees. - Please maintain a clean and quiet environment so that all visitors can feel comfortable, especially in public areas. - Smoking and cooking is prohibited inside the tent. - It is prohibited to bring equipment inside the tent/deck into public areas. - Please take off your personal sandals/shoes and use the bathroom slippers provided when entering the bathroom. - Animals (including insects) might roam freely as this is an outdoor area.
