The room was leaking, it rained stagnant water.

The road to get there is difficult. The alley is narrow, there are no blankets, the water looks like it's going to die very small, the service is very polite, not friendly, not recommended, guests seem to be arranged by the waiter there.

The place is hard to find. The room boy service is not friendly.

The rooms are okay but the service is annoying, unfriendly and bad. There are many stories around the inn that many have been affected by covid19 and hotel guests have to show negative swab/pcr results, if around the inn there are many who have been affected by covid19, the employees must also have a negative swab/pcr test result letter as well. Better to close it! Not recommended at all to stay at this place!

Those who are arrogant, just don't want to meet guests. It's cheap, but bad service and solutions. Not really a recommendation. Look for another, a little expensive but satisfied,

The bathroom is broken. I was told to move to another branch. Customers must make their own efforts to call Oyo. If it's damaged, don't open the order. bad bad bad.

Lokasi hotel tidak bagus karena harus masuk gang kecil tidak bisa masuk mobil. Air sempat tidak jalan. TV error2. pelayanannya tidak baik karena masih pagi banget sudah di chat waktu check-out nya padahal waktunya masih lama. Tidak ada pelayan buat bantu angkat barang.

It's a little hard to find. and incomplete facilities please repair. For decent service, please prepare everything before becoming a hotel according to price.

I just paid using paylater but didn't stay at the hotel, as I went to the hotel it was closed, I was very disappointed
