The receptionist is not friendly. The room is dirty and stuffy, it's hot! The toilet is very dirty, the door can't even be closed. The ac doesn't feel, there is no ac remote. Tv can't turn on. The mattress is very very dirty and dusty! Makes body itch. Not given a towel!

There should be a special person at the reception, don't rely on security. I want to check in for a very long time because security doesn't understand, I was told to call the hotel number listed and it didn't pick up, I was told to wait for 1/2 hour until I have an opinion with security, if you want to press the budget, don't be too long until the service is long, then water the shower is cold, the water is very small, there is almost no water, I want to watch tv and the pictures are all ants, I watch tv when I have to hold the antenna, fix everything again, not satisfied!
