Beautiful place and view. The staff is nice, she accommodated my request to move to the room on the higher level. Great and big swimming pool. Nice jogging track. Good for staycation.

There was no hot water. Only warm water, could not wash sun cream off the body at end of the day. Could not ring reception, the room phone was not working, after I contacted reception they sent the Engineer who disconnected the TV and connected the phone. Hence I had no TV after that. I paid cash upon arrival. After my first night, I told them I want to check out and refund the existing night. They said I cannot refund because of the travel agent fee. I agreed to pay the fee. But they would not refund my money. They just stood there and smiled at everything I said. Absolutely pathetic. And furthermore before checking in I sent an email asking if the room has a modern smart TV. But no reply.

I really upset with this four star hotel. This is because: 1) checking process, the receptionist who help me with hotel check-in was super slow. The check-in process took a long time because of the system error. (oh my God, come on, it was not expected as four-star hotel) 2) after I get the room key, the bed was not cleaned up yet. The bedcover was not ready, there was not seprai (bed sheets) on the top of the bed. Consequently, the room was messed up when the guest came. 3) I call the receptionist but there was no response at all, thus I have to go to lobby to tell the receptionist about my room and request my room to another. I really upset about the service of swissbell, it was very surprising the service of four star hotel like this.

This hotel has a bad location since it's so far away from other area and very secluded. Also my fiancee got into an accident there. June 16 around 8 pm. He was walking around the deck and fell into one of the broken wooden floor panels in the lobby his leg got stuck without anyone helping him. The service was really bad and they're not even apologetic. I'd like to stress how dangerous this is and can be to other guests. As a well-known four stars hotel, this is so unacceptable. We're travelling from the US excited for the wedding as well as doing all the activities but the plans, unfortunately, will be disrupted. For a hotel with such quality and missing this huge this maintenance is not tolerable. Though it was an unfortunate event, I'm glad it happened to one person and hopefully no one ever in the future - I can't imagine if an elderly or kids would walk into that panel and be injured. On top of that, I found two cockroaches in the room so overall it was not a pleasant stay.
