Very lucky to get a room that directly faces the Dieng monument, the minus is that there is no toilet in the room for the family room class. But the rest is about cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, the service is really great👍

Came here when dropping off guests. When I checked in, I saw for myself that the staff was friendly & helpful. During my guests' stay here so far there have been no complaints from them, only stories that the hot water level cannot be adjusted.

The location is very strategic, the hotel concept is very good because it is suitable for socializing, the hotel doesn't seem to be well maintained, cleanliness is also lacking, breakfast might as well be omitted instead of just giving plain bread and fried egg, making guests disappointed

Strategis, dekat kemana-mana. Parkiran cukup memadahi. Kamar Biasa saja tidak terlalu istimewa untuk harga segitu. Jendela kamar langsung ke jalan tanpa pembatas, agak was-was jadinya. Pelayanan ramah dan komunikatif. Sarapan rasanya cukup, tapi belum masuk kategori enak. Overall okelah untuk daerah situ.

Hotel nya cukup homey. Lokasi strategis. Kamar sederhana namun nyaman. Cuma berkesan agak berbau lembab. Fasilitas bagus. Banyak buku-buku bisa dibaca. Tersedia juga dispenser air minum bisa menyeduh teh dan kopi juga. Staff nya ramah-ramah dan sangat informatif. Overall recommended sekali. Meskipun tidak banyak kamar tapi overall tptnya cukup nyaman.
