The process is ok, the place is ok, but the security service is not there, there is no guard at the main door either. There is also no officer to escort you to your room. The reception should be given more priority.

Location matters and the hotel delivers. Bed, sheet and towels are old but acceptable. Pressure pressure is good and the hot water is nice. AC functioned properly and so did the TV. Happy guest here.

Lokasi strategis lah, mungkin untuk kebersihan kamar mandi mohon lebih diperhatikan lagi, dan sekedar saran, untuk handuknya tolong yang lebih bagus jika ingin disediakan bagi tamu hotel, kasihan tamunya kl tidak bawa handuk.

Lumayan lah dengan harga segitu buat beramai-beramai. Ada harga, ada kualitas kalo kata saya mah. Untuk kolam renangnya memang keliatan bening tapi ternyata kotor. Mungkin jarang ada yang pakai kali ya. Kalau ingin ngopi, sebelahnya recommended kopinya. Enak tempat juga lumayan buat nongkrong low budget. Untuk kamar mandi biasa aja. Cuma ada sabun tangan. Buat mandi harus bawa sendiri semua alat mandinya. Handuknya juga jelek banget kayak keset kaki.

Many of the rooms have damaged facilities. Yesterday moved rooms up to 3x. First the AC was broken, the second the faucet was off. The bathroom exhaust was also broken. The parking is also tight even though the hotel booking has been made the week before, it must be prepared before visitors check-in.
