Very pleasant stay! Affordable price, located in very strategic area in Bali. Everytime I came to Bali these past 2 years (I flew to bali more than 5 times), I always stayed at The Grey. Clean, peaceful. Love it!! Very recommended.

The hotel has a very unique design. It's easy to get there and not very far from the beach. The room is pretty comfy, spacious, nice and clean. I recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the check-in process is very easy, no hassle. If you need a room just for transit to continue your next trip, then The Grey hotel can be an option. The area is close to food and minimarkets.

the photos in the application are all appropriate and of course very comfortable. the staff is very friendly and the surrounding environment is safe. strategic location and easy to reach places to eat (tempong indra) etc. the swimming pool is clean and I saw it myself always cleaned every morning.

This hotel is located in the center of the main road and is very close to Sunset Road. The location is easily accessible and near fast-food restaurants and souvenir shops like Krishna and Agung Bali Oleh-Oleh. The alley is quiet and suitable for walking, but be mindful of online drivers. They offer two types of rooms: one with an indoor bathroom and another with an outdoor bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and hot water for shower. The room sizes are spacious. I do not recommend leaving valuable items like laptops in the room. The hotel uses old-fashioned keys instead of card keys or automatic keys. The balcony door has an old-style lock and doesn't close tightly. The bed was dusty. I recommend offering an optional extra charge for changing bed covers and cleaning the floor thoroughly, as it was sticky. The housekeeping staff actively inquire about room cleaning needs. The parking area is small, accommodating only three cars and several motorcycles. However, it is open-air, and the housekeeping staff may be able to assist with vehicle monitoring. The pool was dirty, and I suggest converting it into additional parking space.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, there are lots of minimarkets and snacks around the hotel. Suggestions for room cleanliness should be improved and the lighting in the room could be made brighter, at night it tends to be dimly lit so it is less conducive to working from the room, making the eyes tired quickly. The AC is a bit less cold.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. The location is strategic in my opinion. There are many foods in the surrounding area that can be reached by walking. For entertainment such as bars or lounges, there are also some nearby.

Saya senang dengan lokasi nya, tidak jauh dari jalan utama. Banyak pilihan makanan di sekitarnya. Untuk tempat makan yang buka 24 jam juga tidak jauh. Untuk hiburan juga ada cafe-cafedan billiard yang dekat.

Used to be my favorite hotel for my last days stay everytime I visit Bali because the location is good. But this time was very dissapointed. Pillow and bed were smells so so bad. Towel was old. Room was very humid and so smelly af. No longer on my favorite list:'(

For families, it's okay as long as you get a room on the ground floor. The place is compact, close to Jalan Dewi Sri. Eat atm by. The industrial style room, if I'm not mistaken in the term, is a bit dark because the room lights are warm yellow. Super calm environment. I was worried about renting a motorbike because the yard went straight to the road. In the future, I want to stay here again.

Always love staying here, it's still the same for years, it's still comfortable, it's still clean, it's still friendly, it's still quick to check in without any hassle, it's still a strategic location for going to beach areas, and it's still the best choice for staying in the Kuta area Legian and surrounding areas.

I got smell pillow I ask to change they changed it but the next day got smell pillow again after they make up my room and the room bit humid. But after all OK, the hotel is worth the price but they should improve their cleanliness.

The rooms are spacious. the service is good. Oh yes, Bli Bagus is very helpful, if there is anything he immediately responds. Keep it up. The only thing lacking is the local The Gray tv channel and a lot of ants on the tv channel hehe, so far so good. Next stay here again. Thanks The Grey. Good luck for the future
