Very pleasant stay! Affordable price, located in very strategic area in Bali. Everytime I came to Bali these past 2 years (I flew to bali more than 5 times), I always stayed at The Grey. Clean, peaceful. Love it!! Very recommended.

Used to be my favorite hotel for my last days stay everytime I visit Bali because the location is good. But this time was very dissapointed. Pillow and bed were smells so so bad. Towel was old. Room was very humid and so smelly af. No longer on my favorite list:'(

I got smell pillow I ask to change they changed it but the next day got smell pillow again after they make up my room and the room bit humid. But after all OK, the hotel is worth the price but they should improve their cleanliness.

the wifi connection was very bad in my room (2nd floor), the permanent luggage rack was dusty and no maintenance of the shower head bcs of its color turned black half part. No phone in the room so if you need anything have to approach the staff at the front desk. No amenities at all in the room. Just a place to sleep and take shower. The room size is quite big and nice theme.
