The service from the front manager is not pleasant. Is it because this used to be before the pandemic was occupied by foreign tourists, so for me, the local tourists, the threat is less. I really understand the state of the pandemic, the majority of employees there are apprentices. But the service from the front manager can be improved in the future. For a hotel as expensive as this, you can only have fried rice for breakfast with a very small portion + coffee and 1 small glass of juice, it's a bit of a shock because it's like a jasmine-class hotel breakfast. Hopefully the hospitality can really be improved in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is not at all as expected. The hotel is pitch black, creepy, many rooms have been destroyed around the location adding to the haunted impression. The road to the room is all mossy, not very well maintained. Regret staying there because it is not worth the price of room 1.9 with the place. There is no buffet breakfast. Only jinggo rice which tastes really good. It's beyond expectation.

Great villa, with view of the forrest landscape. Staying here get the Ubud vibe, lush forrest, waterfall, river, ponds, rice field.

- The staff is friendly and always greets you, but the knowledge of the staff may be added for additional references, such as when we asked if there is white water rafting around here, whether there are bicycle rentals, and so on. The staff doesn't know and can't recommend anything. - I stayed 3 days 2 nights filled with the expectation that there are many activities that can be done, such as at the 5 star hotel next door which offers cycling, archery, yoga and other facilities. But at this hotel there are no such facilities, maybe because of the pandemic, yes. - The bubble bath was not filled on the 2nd day even though it was finished. Dusty tissue place. - Private Pool in the villa is really cool, clean water and okay view. Very comfortable. However, the condition of the room, we still found mosquitoes and ants. - Breakfast is so picky, I ordered Jinggo rice and my husband ordered various breads. It feels so so. Very mini portion. - In the morning you can do trekking to nature, there are waterfalls, rivers and holy pools. This is the best, really healing. When walking down, many villas are not maintained and empty and there are no stand-by staff. The ayung restaurant near the river is closed. The effects of a pandemic huh? Hopefully it can survive and add more services. Thanks

The first impression of staying here was only 1 word: fascinated, because it was warmly welcomed in the front because the car ride was carried along with the suitcase (like hotel services in general) and a welcome drink that was never expected as soon as possible, although waiting for check-in was quite long but when I entered the room, masya Allah was as good as that, because the location in front of the hill so that from a bed with a mosquito can see the green scenery of Ubud, there are still crickets and things like that in the forest, so the view pool is the same as from the place sleep, there is also a bathtub there is also a living room, so if the malem-malem is quiet so you can just turn on the TV to be safe hehe. Overall the villa is really cool and don't forget to choose the package that can get the free spa because the price is also expensive hehe.
