Staying at The Signature Lodge is truly a comfortable camping experience, especially for families with small children. The tents are clean and comfortable, the facilities inside the tents are also very complete, even towels are provided for bathing. The distance between the tents is not too close together, so there is still a sense of privacy. The view is also beautiful! What makes me most happy is the bathroom. Even though it is shared, it is very clean, the hot water is on, and the water is fast flowing. This is very important, especially if you bring small children. The staff are also top. Friendly, alert, and really helpful. From carrying things to helping with this and that without being asked. Overall, it is highly recommended for those who want a comfortable staycation or camping with family in nature but still with good facilities!

This is my first time camping and the signature lodge is quite pampering. Everything in the tent is neat and provided with towels, toothbrushes, drinks, and snacks. The foam mattress is comfortable enough for me. The service is great, all the employees are friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was worried because we went there when it was raining but it turned out to be no problem at all. The toilets and bathrooms are separated for women and men, quite clean, and adequate for needs. I will definitely come back again.

Helpfull staff… friendly and responsive. The most comfortable camping so far. The bathroom is very clean, no smells or stains, it is so clean that you can take off your sandals when entering the bathroom/toilet. There is hot water that is really hot, not the spring water. Thank you, you are good… keep maintaining the cleanliness and don't get tired of being a good person…

camp like hotel clean toilet. really like the vibes. each camp is separated, privacy is really maintained. 24 hour cafe. the only minus is 1, suddenly when taking a shower, the water suddenly becomes cold. even though previously the water was hot, but after someone took a shower next to me, the water suddenly became cold. it's a shame for little kids if they are given cold water. outside of that, everything is ok

Clean & well-maintained facilities. Super friendly & very helpful service. Shared bathroom is clean & odorless. There are squat & sit toilets. The water in the bathroom is strong. Hot water is available in the shower room. The prayer room is also clean. 2 towels are available. Free firewood for campfire (first). Safe plugs, there are several plugs. Breakfast has a choice of fried rice or fried noodles, quite good for a gap before checking out. Welcome drink can be bajigur or bandrek, inside the tent are provided 2 glass bottles of mineral water & 2 glasses, 1 snack & coffee tea sugar sachets. Free flow hot water (for drinking / cooking) & a thermos can be borrowed. Oh yeah, a little input, maybe it would be nicer if a portable mirror was added in the towel container, or a hanging mirror near the bathroom. But overall, really lafff! By far the best luxury camp in Cikole Jayagiri Area! We accidentally discover this hidden gem, because we didn't get the tent in the place that we used to stay. Turns out this was waaaay better 😍 They use Alltrek Tent which aesthetic, the toilets and bathrooms are clean all the time, musholla is also nice and clean, the food were surprisingly good (seriously!) and the coffee was seriously the best! they're using 100% Arabica from MangLayang & Puntang! The camp area was clean and nicely done, all the workers are nice and helpful, happily prepare and provide everything that we asked. Of course the best part was the distance between tents are descent. Private and discreet. ✨ Thank youuu Signature Lodge.. will definitely comeback! 🥰
