first time in the Zuri, and very good experience for sure. Kind and helpful staffs, clean facilities. The room for superior and deluxe is spacious l, clean and functional. The breakfast have plenty variety, and tasteful, if have empty stomach and enough time just waste your time on breakfast. Will certainly comeback, especially with good promo please

Stayed at a very nice and comfy room of Double Deluxe Room with my family. Kids were so excited with the high altitude pool. Very nice and polite staffs everywhere we've met them. Breakfast menu were amazing.

The highest hotel in Palembang. It's new and clean. The staffs are kind & friendly. The location is perfect. It's the same building with Trans mart. If that's not enough, there is Icon Mall just across the street and plenty of foods to try just along the street. The break fast is amazing. Make sure you don't take too much because there are a lot of varieties to taste. Don't forget to try the pool. You can see the Palembang's scenery from the highest place. Enough to compensate the size of the pool. These experiences are worth the money.

The hotel is located in a mall area, and there are shophouses that are used as cafes and karaoke.
This hotel is suitable for a staycation with family and children. But the rooms are not soundproof. And the guests in front of my room who booked 3 rooms, did not close their room doors when they interacted, disturbing other guests. I asked the hotel staff twice to reprimand them.
At that time we booked 6 rooms, because it was peak (Eid holiday), the check-in process took quite a long time, because the rooms were not ready. Maybe because it was full, the request written at the time of booking could not be realized.
Accessing the elevator also takes time because the elevator capacity is small. Especially at breakfast time.
The food served at breakfast varies, but the taste is standard, like hotels in general.
Maybe because of the impact of efficiency, the mattress/bedsheet in my room was wet, so I had to ask room service to replace it. Even though my body was asking for rest, I could only lie down after 10 pm because the replacement process took more time.
Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel was quite good.

strategic location next to the mall so if you want to buy something just walk, and the hotel's position in the middle of the city is close if you want to go to the 26 Ilir market to look for pempek

It was complicated when checking in, in my opinion the wait was too long. When we were already in the elevator, the staff gave us the wrong room key, which should have been for the 8th floor, but we were given the key for the 19th floor.
