If the electric kettle is leaking and yellow, don't use it, the hotel area and surrounding areas are dirty, if possible use sealed Aqua bottles or use a dispenser for drinking water, don't use a kettle because the water that is put in is worried that it won't be sterile, the bathroom should be enlarged and renovated, if possible, the food should be more varied, don't eat like food from stalls, don't let the cutlery be incomplete, the wifi keeps logging out

Come on, let's be better. Pay attention to the bed sheets, add air freshener to the room, service the AC and if possible use bright white corridor lights, not yellow ones that give a horror impression

Not bad, quite good in my opinion, only the cleanliness of the room, especially the curtains, is dirty and the bathroom flush often breaks, otherwise everything is good. The breakfast lacks variety.

I chose a junior suite room but it didn't live up to its name, there was no AC in the room so it was hot, the AC was actually outside the room, strangely. The towels weren't clean, let alone the sofa.

The male receptionist was not very friendly, there was no tissue in the room, the squat toilet button was broken, there was only a little tissue in the bathroom, only 1 toothpaste, only 1 coffee and sugar.
