Uang deposit waktu check out lupa minta kembali, resepsionis nya kok juga diam2 aj ya, harusnya kan tau ada uang deposit. Besoknya saya baru inget Kuala Lumpur ada uang deposit, lha masa disrh dtg lg Kuala Lumpur mo ambil. Lha Kuala Lumpur rmh deket ga mslh. Ini rmhnya jauh, ya mahalan ongkir kesana drpd uang depositnya 🤣 Kuala Lumpur tinggalnya diluar kota, lha ya masa srh dtg lg Kuala Lumpur mo abl. Ditransfer ga bs ktnya, hours abl lg ke hotel. Haizz. Aneh bgt. Ya dah, akirnya saya relakan aja dah. At.

I have stayed for 2 night, actually the room was fine (511). Except it doesn't have good sound proof at all. The reason I didn't ask to change the room its because first night, its noizy but its manageable and I was thinkin its fine laah. But then second night! Its so loud! I can hear motorcicle and car passin through all the time! I was writing this at 2am cause its so annoyin. And to be honest I wasn't booked the cheapest room. I mean it could be better right? Cause I have stayed at this hotel before with lower room level and its fine. Why now that I pay upgrated room and its worse. Not to mention that I think this room just got renovated, so the smell of new wall paint and some kind of glue its so strong. I didn't file complain at the first place because I just thinkin its just 2 night. But here I am, at 2am feels so tireed tryin to sleep but couldn't. So I feel like I have to write it. And I already have to check out later in the morning so askin for another room its just I don't know. Waste more energy and time. Anw. Just saying this room could be better.

Kamarnya super nyaman, luas banget. Sarapannya enak, kualitas bahan yang digunakan OK. TV belum android jadi belum bisa nonton netflix, tp ga masalah buat saya. Sayangnya parkir mobil yang tertutup terbatas.
