veranda has very good service. all the security and receptionist are very friendly, kind and helpful. the bedroom was pretty big and it's very nice, clean and neat. so does the bathroom.

I was there by 14:00 pm but the room not ready yet, coming back and forward to the reception until several time but the room not ready yet until 16:00. The room is ready around 18:00, how inconvenient. No complimentary, only sorry, even when I was there to check out only have one staff in the front desk. Need more hospitality staff and how to make people satisfaction. Even the location was very good, but the staff need more people and get trained about how to handle about customer satisfaction.

Overall it was good but the variety of food was not too much and the taste was just like an ordinary meal.

All was good. However, the AC in my room was not really cool so the room is quite big but the AC was not ❄💨

This is my third stay Veranda Puri and I come back all the time because of its location, clean room, friendly staff. Room 0202 aircon a bit noisy. But surely come back next time I visit Jakarta.
