Sorry, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the floor was slippery and slimy, it was funny, the bathroom floor was dull and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned regularly.

Dirty and smelly toilet. Staff that was supposed to man the hotel at night was not around when we needed guidance as to where to park the car. Rooms that are facing the main road have bad sound proofing. Hence able to hear every vehicle passing by. Overall unpleasant experience.

The receptionist didn't help at all, was bitchy, didn't smile, even the guy on duty at the restaurant helped. Sleeping was noisy because during the day there were builders renovating, it was quiet. Dirty bathroom, damp room.

The hotel looks like it is not well maintained, the shower seat is detached, the AC is not cold enough. The entry turned out to be via Vayana restaurant. It says breakfast is halal (yes, it's halal, fruit + pancakes), but at Vayana there is a menu of grilled pork ribs🫣.

The staff is very friendly. The room is nice, the AC is cold. Really recommend. If you go to Ubud again, you will stay here again. The location is quite strategic not so far from the Ubud art market.

Initially there was a room with no TV, we thought we would get the one in front of the pool directly but it turned out that we didn't order 3 rooms, even though there was no TV, luckily we could move to another room.

The room just ordinary, not super clean but quite okay. Water in sink is very small, I called the staff (twice) and he only checked without any solution. I was waiting for the solution and guess what? He just chill with other staff. Like what? Ah the worst experience ever. I never want to say again in this hotel.
