The bathroom water is not strong enough and the restaurant area is too narrow.

Comfortable room, location close to mall and culinary, friendly staff. The only thing lacking is 1, for some reason the pillow provided is flat so it is not comfortable. I have asked the staff to replace the pillow, but it turns out to be the same

From getting off the car until entering the room, there was no hotel staff to help carry the luggage. The hotel location is ok, breakfast service is ok, welcome treats have been prepared in the room.

Everything is good, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the friendliness of the staff, but for breakfast the variety and taste of the food is too standard.

The room is very comfortable, I really enjoyed my staycation here because Netflix and YouTube are fully accessible, the first time I could be comfortable without any problems wanting to have movie time or watch TV in the room, the view of the room is really cool, especially for us on the 25th floor, the best especially at night.. It's cool that there are bolsters that are integrated with the pillows, it's really comfortable to sleep on, the shower water is strong, the bathroom is very clean, there is a refrigerator and super cold AC.. The gym, although not directly accessible from the hotel, the equipment is very complete, clean and you can also join classes that are available such as zumba, etc., it's really fun, the trainers are very welcoming.. The hotel is very close to the mall and it's very easy to find a place to eat, just walk if you want to go anywhere.. The breakfast is also delicious but the food is not very varied, but the service is very friendly, there is a special menu every day.. The swimming pool is nice, maybe not big enough if it's crowded with people bringing children, etc., unfortunately the pool service is not on standby so we have to bring our own towels from the room because it's not always available, sir, plus towels.. Two thumbs up for the really cool lobby on the 16th floor, overall I'm really happy to be able to stay here.. I'll come back again next time I go to Surabaya..

Room 2026 facing Westin, spacious and clean room, the mattress is very comfortable because it is not a sinking one but a modern model mattress that is good for the waist, there is a bolster, cold air conditioning, comfortable lobby, 110cm pool without a children's pool, delicious breakfast, all varied, top notch, spacious parking area

first time staying at whiz luxe Surabaya, the location is surrounded by Pakuwon mall and the lobby is on the 16th floor with 2 lifts so it was quite a long queue especially when waiting for our suitcases to be carried by the hotel. the room is ok, just not soundproof enough so you can often hear people's voices from the next room.

The room is surprisingly small and there is no full body mirror. It's pretty hard to check your style especially if you're attending an event or wedding, there's no way you can make sure you dress up / suit up nicely. Also, the cellular signal is pretty poor inside the room, additionally, the wifi provided is very slow either. The blanket is a little too thick and too heavy. Even when the room temperature is set to 19*C, which was very cold at night, the blanket is enough to make me sweat. The aircon wasn't cold enough during day time however.

Nice hotel, clean, varied breakfast menu, unfortunately the towels in the bathroom need to be replaced.
