Whiz Luxe Hotel Spazio Surabaya

Wow! I really enjoy my time staying at Whiz Luxe Hotel. Kudos to all of these people: 1. The concierge and security team the night we arrived at the hotel (2/9/24), they offer me parking near by the lobby and totally pay attention to detail when I asked was the car going to be under the sun, but they answered it will be in a good weather since the sun only shine to the car for like 30min or so. 2. ⁠the concierge and security team on the 2nd night (3/9/24), knowing that it will be tiresome to park in the basement, they offered me Valet as a part of the hotel service and not just that, I had a broken luggage and the newest one was left behind in the car and the concierge team willingly get it from the car and happily bring it to the room. Totally a heaven-sent! 3. ⁠Jumain! Love him! He really taking care of my mom during our breakfast on wednesday morning. I must say in regards to facility, it was OK-ish? I mean for a million a night, it was not bad: the bathroom was a little bit dark for us girls to put on make up, shower handle: I'm not really comfortable in using overhead shower, its just confusing to put the shower handle and for us to wudhu. Oh and I love that they wet the tissue for the ashtray! Smallest details. It was a really pleasant experience especially the services and oh! Killer interior design as well!

My stay was very nice, however the aircon in the afternoon wasn't as cold as in the night. The food was alright however there weren't much variety. Luckily there was Chef Eri that we gave our inputs to. The cleanliness is so good top notch. However from basement parking to the hotel and vice versa was like a maze, not recommended for forgetful people like I am. Do I want to return to this hotel, the answer is still yes!

It was a great experience to stay in Whiz Luxe Hotel Spazio. Near to the Pakuwon Mall, and there is lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The staffs are friendly enough, its just they were not working adeptly, espesially the restaurant crew. About the hotel 's cleanliness. When I arrived at the hotel room, it so dusty around the pantry area, precisely at glass table for the mineral water, and there were lots of hair and dust in the bedside table and floor. When I call the housekeeping crew to recleaning the room it was taking so long, I have to wait around 2 hours before they finally came, and they were using dirty (wet) shoes while cleaning the room and it left stain on the floor. The next day I got a mug with lipstick stain after my room was cleaned. And about the dining restaurant for us to have breakfast, the cook who cooks the eggs, coucghing while not using any mask, and the ventilation seems not working well, because my clothes became smelly after I go to the dining hall. I already told the front office staff, I hope they will improve their performance.

First time to stay here, hotel was exceptional. Just across pakuwon mall, many restaurant nearby, great staffs, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Super recommend

The pool is not very clean, lumut everywhere mungkin karna ga ada yang renang. But the room is nice and clean love the bantal.

Nice ambience. However, room is not as big as other 5 star, but not too small either. Only 2 elevators and quite slow. Food variety not as per 5 star hotel either. I would say that this is a nice 4 star hotel.

Everything was great, except:- egg station during breakfast (the stove did not work in one click, so the sound of the cook trying to"open"the stove was annoying).- extra breakfast rate was a bit high in comparison of the variety.

Nice hotel, strategic locations, nice hospitality, meals taste good.
