The shuttle to the airport makes it very convenient.

Only issue was the shuttle from airport to hotel had to wait 30 min the following day it didn't show up to take me back to airport staff at hotel had to get a taxi for me.

Very welcoming services from receptionists down to the cleaners. Hotel looked clean. Dining and breakfast had great options.my family had a great time altogether

The staff was incredibly helpful from checkin through checkout. The room was really spacious and worked great for our family of 5! They even already had the sofa bed made into a bed and had two pillows for each sleeper. We would definitely book here again.

Very happy with service & facilities

A decent, quiet, clean hotel

I’m really no sensitive and Clodagh on the main desk was able to find a room for me that was absolutely perfect. Parking was really easy, and the place was really comfortable.

Loved the flexibility on food service and the please fold at front desk.

Our first experience on this hotel was great. As HH member we got an upgrade and a complementary taxi to the airport at 2:00AM. Customer service, restaurant and room were very good. Thank you once again! Second stay (this review) was not good. We went to the front desk to mention the bad condition of the shower holder and the overall condition of the ceiling over the bathtub (black mold present). We were accepting the room like that because we really needed to rest to continue our journey the following morning. The front desk representative noted our constructive feedback to inform the team about the situation of the room # 311. Restaurant ambiance and food were excellent, but I did not feel a good service maybe because they were busy. Breakfast selection and coffee quality were great but the access to the self-service buffet was blocked must of the time since the location of the Coffee makers were located at this very entrance. One suggestion is to segregate the coffee’s machines Or maybe use the back of the restaurant to accommodate the self-service buffet. By the way, I loved the wall decoration on that back wall of the restaurant !! We will return to this hotel to give them a third chance.

Great location

Was there for a departure flight. The shops around were great to visit. The staff in the hotel went the extra mile - from check in to food and beverage. Lovely hotel and a sensational way to complete a beautiful visit to Ireland. Thank you.

We stayed before an early morning flight from Dublin airport. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Unfortunately our room was very warm, making sleep uncomfortable for us and our baby. The thermostat claimed to be chilling the room. When that had no effect after some time, we called the front desk and were instructed to turn the unit off completely. Additionally the water never warmed up for an evening shower, though it was warm the next morning.

Our family of 5, which includes 3 young children, had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dublin Airport. The hotel is beautiful and wonderfully maintained, and the family room was just what we needed - spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even provided activity packs for our children, which they loved. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is well located so as to be quiet, peaceful, and convenient.
