Holiday Inn Express DERRY - LONDONDERRY, an IHG Hotel

Fantastic location. Hotel was spotless, big comfy bed and staff were very nice and engaged. We had three in a room which made it very snug with the sofa bed filling the room. Walked into the frame a few times. But it was spot on.

Have stayed here every time i come to Derry always had a wonderful stay and hotel so convenient and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely staff, great quiet room, nice breakfast

There was a noose coming from room above us, drilling and something dropping to the floor. My wife had a terrible headache and wanted to take a nap and rest. I phoned reception and said nothing he can do about it, not even trying to give us a resolve🙁

Amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and really wanted us to see the city and enjoy ourselves. Breakfast was good too! Libby bar was a great place to meet our friends.

I left out a request to service the room, the room was entered but no work was done. I had to visit reception to get some more coffee and milk! Not clever.

Breakfast this morning we were in restaurant at 9.45 but very little breakfast left when we asked we were told breakfast only served until 10.00am even though we were there from 9.45 bit disappointed.

Room and staff were fantastic apart from the temperature of the room. We were in a large room with disabled access which was wonderful but it was really quie cold due to the room size I would say but we had heating on constantly and we were still cold

This is our second time in Derry staying in this hotel, we really enjoyed it before and this time too. Lovely hotel, clean, modern, great breakfast, comfortable room with King sized bed. Alan at reception was so helpful, when we told him there was some noise from the central heating he put a heater in our room when we were out, it made a big difference, also when we had a short circuit he came up at once and fixed it, he was so thoughtful and nice, a great bonus for the hotel.

Great location for our work trip, with the excellent Blackbird Pub only 5 mins walk

Really enjoyed stay. Only issue was room was quite cold on the first night. But staff provided us with a heater which really helped

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Derry. 1 min walk to the car park. £12.50 for 24 hours! Perfect for what we needed. Matress and pillows not great but I did aleep well. Breakfast ok but very overcooked! But... definitely would stay again. Staff were lovely
