Great welcome , reception were very efficient . Unfortunately the room was poor .
Very cold when I entered the suite , no heating active , took time to warm up .
Bathroom was freezing , no floor heating . Toilet seat loose , amenities empty or missing , towel rail coming off bathroom wall .
Bed linen quality was very poor , , thin , felt old and over laundered , need updating. The mattress was old and uncomfortable , the bed base creaked and cracked with the slightest move . Bedroom main lamp not working
Breakfast was ok , nothing special .

We notified the hotel 20 minutes after we checked in that our room was extremely hot. Instead of offering us another room, they sent a fan which only made noise and just blew the hot air into our faces. We went out to eat and the room was even hotter when we returned. We had terrible night of sleep because we had to open the window and listen to the heavy traffic all night. We were both disappointed that we didn’t get any rest.

10 years since Ive stayed here as my business takes me further afield now. 10 years ago this was great and now its even better excellent. Clean, staff are so friendly and professional. Centrally located and the staff all go out of their way to help. Big thanks to girl on reception from (Slovakia) organised a meeting room short notice

We spent 2 nights at Morrison. Staff was very helpful; the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast very good. Very convenient location, close to the Temple bar area and most sights and shops (all within walking distance), at a quiet corner across the river.
