We stayed at many hotels in our trip around Ireland and this was the best hotel. Service was excellent. The room was great. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and it was very tasty.

The staff was not as nice and accommodating as expected for a 5 Star Hotel. The staff at breakfast were not very pleasant, and the retularant maitre de located downstairs was not accommodating at all. We ended up eating at different places because of this. This is after we rented the most expensive room in the hotel. Not sure if we will rent there again.

Quite possibly the best hotels experience I've ever had. Kes was wonderful and helpful. The food at the terrace was divine and the room was clean and spacious period the bed was so comfortable. I've said a three different places during my trip to Ireland and the support is number one across the board.
