Im shocked at the positive reviews of this place. It's a 10 min walk from train station, but if you have a roller bag, it's a terrible walk bc the streets in Naples are all textured, uneven & insanely dirty. The front of the place looked like an abandoned warehouse. The surrounding area is shady & dirty. Not just city-gritty. You have to pay to use the tiny elevator or lug suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The room was bigger than most European spaces which is nice, and the proprietor is really really friendly. Also, my kids loved the warm croissants in the morning. But towels looked really old and random, the shower door was broken. It had a weird steam/side jet option but it was broken. There was no top flat sheet on the bed, just a comforter. Ew. And the bed, while large, was sagging in the middle. Overall, we weren't super impressed & Would not stay here again.

Start review with FRESH hone baked croissants for breakfast. We have had 20+ stays around Europe the past few months and this was our best stay ever. Great service, clean rooms, great location (near train station and sites). Advice in deciding where to go, and even discounts by using the B&B name.

Karolina was extremely helpful and responsive. She communicated clearly about check in and offered some extremely excellent recommendations for sites and restaurants. She was also able to work with us to move our check out several hours earlier than anticipated (with just a few hours notice) and hold our luggage most of an extra day. Also, the room had very nice air conditioning and free water. The room is also ideally located near the train station and several restaurants and places to visit. Overall perhaps my best lodging experience ever!

Great accommodation in ideal location as we only stayed for one night as a stop over to travel to amalfi coast. The host was very helpful and very quick at responding to any queries before we arrived. Very accommodating. Only downside about the apartment is the noise. Its in a busy area and although we only stayed for one night we didn't have a great night's sleep because of the noise outside.

Best place to stay in all of Italy!! Love the place!! Will come back if ever given the opportunity again! They are so sweet and helpful. Yes the location is meh but so worth it. Never felt unsafe. Surrounded by great food and the convenience of the train station is nice. There is a pastry shop across the street go get a sfogliatella every day that you are there and pick up some milk at the snack shop below the b&b so worth it!!! If you are in Napoli stay here you will not regret it.
