Worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. Felt like they converted our room out of a closet. We would not stay here again.
Location convenience was great but it wasn’t worth it at all.

Very helpful, polite staff. Good location and full of old world charm. There is a top floor bar and restaurant which could be amazing but it poorly designed and doesn’t live up to its potential. Smelly loos on the ground floor.

Perfect location and a room with an excellent view of the cathedral. Rooms were a little cramped and oddly laid out but overall an excellent stay. Staff were incredible but the breakfast was overpriced and disappointing.

Great breakfast room very memorable. Our room was good but had 2 small flights of about half a dozen steps each to negotiate probably because it was a cheaper room. Great location we didnt use a bus or taxi in our 4 days stay as everything reachable by foot. Overall great stay.

Overall nice nostalgic hotel but the rooms can be a little stuffy and there was mosquito in one of our rooms. Otherwise it was good and very near to the train station and city tour meeting points which was good for travelling to other places of interests.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Just a few little things we would have preferred such as we were woken up very early by the cleaning in the hallway. The night before we had only arrived around 10pm so we were very tired and had the do not disturb sign on but they were banging quite loudly and we could not sleep in and the second thing is we would have liked the water in the mini fridge replenished each day but it was a free minibar which was nice. The room was lovely and the staff were wonderful so overall it was a great experience.

This wonderful and charming historic hotel, very close to the Train Station, and was a great find. The staff was excellent and mgt could not have been better. The restaurant on the 5th floor was one of the best in the city and the views were spectacular.

We stayed for few nights during tour of Italy. Very convenient and only few minutes walk from main train terminal, short enough to handle luggage on our own.
Few minutes walk to main plazas and all attractions of Florence, with plenty of restaurant choices.
Awesome rooftop restaurant with unforgettable view. Breakfast was very busy but somehow they made it easy with no wait. Staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home.
We have recommended this hotel to many friends who have been traveling and we’ll definitely stay again during four next visit.

Hotel was excellent. Walkable to all areas of Florence. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel offered a great view of the city from its restuarnat on the top floor. The morning breakfast was great. It's also a walk from the train station with easy underground access. Perfect if you arrive by train.

Despite the Hotels.com app having been set to search for 2 person stays, we were greeted with "we only expected one" and you must pay an additional 25euro. This was not a pleasant experience and the hotel said it was not the first time folks using the Hotels.com app had this issue. Nice Hotel. Crappy app.

The staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean. Free mini bar with soft drinks was good. Not all toiletries were replenished every day. The lack of a shower was not great.
