Miles from the city center, a break after the tours. Prompt shuttle service and taxi service made transport easy

Very nice, breakfast was good, shuttle to tram station was great. driver, the only philipino was the nicest person. If you have large luggage definitely need to take taxi. If to train station. Will cost you 30. To 40 euro not very nice. Take tram to Florence center and back without luggage anytime.

Good stay at Hilton Florence Metropole. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room a little in need of renovation (signs of wear and tear and mould around the bath area). Restaurant was fairly priced when considering you have to travel to go anywhere else too. Overall very good.

First nigh was in a room with a foul dead rat odour. Thought some one or thing may have previously died in the room. Second night changed rooms and the a/c didnt work. Was like a sauna that night. Found out next morning that only heat or cold may be set for whole building. Its a very old building and rooms.

Above average Italian hotel that are usually old and small. The rooms that face the Main Street might little bit noisy. Staff is great.
