I really enjoyed the breakfast and location to the termini. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I will be back.

Omg where do I start, never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. We arrived and the room was supposed to be clean and ready. We walked in and wouldn't sleep on the sheets as the room was so dirty. We complained to the desk that someone left an old suitcase in the room but they didn't care. The dust was so thick. The place was so gross never again would I ever think or send anyone there. Please take them off your list my friends took pictures of the grossness. To pay over 1000 dollars for 3 nights was the biggest waste. I just can't believe the filth.

We liked the fact that it’s located where there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room was nice except for the foul smell coming from the toilet (kind a like sewer) that we have to open the window at all times.

location was good near the train station. Staff was good. Room was awful - bed too hard. bathroom was not good. would not recommend.

Hotel was great, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful.

The room was beautiful for our family. I didnt like the fact that it didnt have a refrigerator.

The staff is a big snob!!! the bathroom is ridiculous ! Water is flowing on the bathroom floor on how they set it up , they need a serious renovation

Liked-location i.e. close to Termini and most local attractions. Disliked-hotel itself. Breakfast-Only cold breakfast offered but figured out much later only at breakfast. No refund given on card. Choices inadequate at breakfast. Room-fly in room; bit children; no solution offered despite informing hotel. Asked for extra pillows for all; only 1 given. Bathroom door lock broken; shower in wrong direction; no place to stand; no running hot water; had to hold switch continuously; extremely painful. Commode cover broken. Air conditioner control only with reception. Should not be listed on Expedia.

There was no minibar in the room. Air-conditioning device had no remote control inside the room. Breakfast with limited options and low quality food. Hotel main entrance has no handicap ramp for the luggages and wheelchair. etc.

Great location

The hotel was hard to find due to its location behind some construction and found the rates were expensive compared to what I got from other European cities like Prague so this may be a Rome thing. It was a 10min walk from the termini train station which made it easy to get around once you get used to the hotel’s location. The main downside I had was the lack of space to put your stuff and the lack of chargers near the bed. Location would be the main reason you’d choose this hotel since we pretty much walked everywhere from this hotel (eg 20min walk to Colloseum)

The home was fine. Room was clean. I liked that the towels were extra large, unlike the bathroom, which was very small. The bed was hard, but not bad. The breakfast was good. The pastries were fresh and delicious. The location was close to a main train station, which is very helpful.

The hotel is in a bad shape. Very dirty. Staff were trying to help, however, due to the hotel condition they couldn’t do much.

AWFUL!(Wont let me add photos)Our experience at this hotel was extremely terrible. My husband and I have been traveling for three months, and this was by far the worst experience (and we have a high tolerance). We decided to spend a bit more on this hotel due to its "three-star" rating. There was only one person at the front desk to assist all guests in all matters. When we reached our room, it was 78 degrees, current heat wave in Rome. We attempted to lower the temperature, but the air conditioning was not functioning. We reported this to the front desk, and the attendant promised to check on it. However, no one came. An hour later, the room temperature had risen to 80 degrees. A new person at the front desk informed us that nothing could be done—there were no other rooms available, and no maintenance staff on site. I requested a fan so we could at least open the window for some air, but the attendant explained that management had repeatedly denied such requests. This indicated to me that the air conditioning issue was a known and unresolved problem. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work, and there was a leak from the bathroom vent that caused water to rain down all over the bathroom, the entire time. Our complaints about these issues were dismissed by the hotel staff. Hotels.com, on the other hand, responded promptly and tried to assist us. Unfortunately, it was too late that night to resolve the situation, but they are currently assisting us in battling the hotel

Not very fancy, but for what time you plan on spending in the room, it’s great. $5 breakfast downstairs which includes bread and coffee and some sort of sandwiches which aren’t great, but it’ll do specially for $5. A/C in the room gets a 6/10 as it’s not very cool, but it’ll do. Wished it was colder when it was really hot though. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is great with a ton of water pressure. Area is excellent and you can walk to Roma Termini in 5 minutes.
