Clean, Vincent, property manager very helpful.. gave us a map of general area & pointed out sites we wanted to see. Hotel conveniently located within walking distance of most tourist sites. (ie; Coliseum, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps. Vatican & St. Peter’s Basilica short taxi ride away.. very happy with our hotel selection. L&R - Fla, USA

Excelente hotel

This hotel was wonderful. The location is central to many of the tourist sites, with easy walks to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. The room was large, the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Shout out to the excellent service from Vincent and Judy at the reception desk. Highly recommend this hotel.

hotel is within walking distance to Trevi and Spanish steps but yet very quiet! Service is very good. The best thing they have is the “bacon” in their included breakfast! It’s nothing like American bacon- it’s not overlay salty, but falvorful, tendor and a little crispy. God it’s so good that I may come back just for it. The only thing I wish they add is some hooks in the bathroom.

Location was great for us for Rome. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful! The rooms were clean and very nice. The breakfast was a nice added bonus!

Well located and clean. But some of the staff members need training. At 11:15 AM the day of my departure, the staff member at the reception called my room and yelled at me for not having left the room yet as per hotel policy (11 AM) and said: "I give you 15 minutes. 15 minues!" I have never been at a 4-star hotel anywhere in the world where a customer is being disrecpected and threatened in such a way.

This place is Wonderful. The furniture in the rooms is a little dated BUT: it is very well maintained and most of all, the quality of the staff is exceptional. They made my daughter and I feel at home. Elizabetha prepares delicious and varied breakfasts every day and makes you great capuchinos. Teodora, Vinchenzo and Renato in the front desk are there for you for anything you need. Also it is perfectly located on the best part of Rome. You can walk to most of the landmarks in the city.

Hotel upgraded the room which was much appreciated but a noisy smoke detector and a heater that sounded like a space ship taking off detracted from the experience. Front desk staff were responsive, cordial and professional. Breakfast (included with the room) was both generous and beautifully laid out with a friendly team attending to the guests. The location is good but there was construction nearby which was also a bit noisy. The location is good and off the busier streets which are nearby, e.g., via Veneto.

This was a lovely place to stay in Rome. A bit of walk to sites but we liked that. It was calm and quiet coming back each night. Staff were attentive and breakfast room and staff there were a delight. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful!! The only issue was the collection of bottles out front each morning about 8am. It was a bit shocking to be awakened each morning by the huge crash. Best to have a room not facing the street.

Walking distance to every top site in Rome. The staff was excellent and the free breakfast felt 5 star every morning. My wife & I will definitely be coming back

Excellent hotel in great location

The front desk is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got to check in early because room was ready. :). The concierge was outstanding, special request were honored and his knowledge of Roma was vast; from things to do and see, and great restaurants. (He is the Stanley Tucci look a like!) Room was vey large, sleeps four very comfortably and has a very large partially enclosed balcony overlooking Via Emilia. Nice breakfast to start the day. Area was much cleaner since they opened the W Hotel next door. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Parthenon and other attractions. Restaurants in neighborhood are plentiful and good. Have a drink with a beautiful view at Hotel Eden just around the corner. I recommend taking there car service back to the airport, Isabella gave us a quick tour of central Rome and it’s surroundings on the way. We will be back!
