We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat. They have a chef who makes the most fantastic omlettes, and the stocking of the buffet breakfast is done maticuloulsly. Our go-to hotel from now on when we will inevitably return to Florence.

2nd time here and will keep coming back. Love how everything is walkable without being in the thick crowds of Florence. Hotel and staff are incredible and very knowledgeable. Will keep coming back.
