We recently had the pleasure of staying at 'White Rooms' for three nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks to Marco, the incredibly friendly and helpful owner. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The property is ideal for families, with a lovely and safe pool that our kid couldn't get enough of. The rooms were spotless, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute drive to the charming town of Sabaudia and only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches. The tranquility of the area, combined with the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations, made our stay truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. look forward to returning soon! Thank you, Marco, for making our stay so special.

I stayed at White Rooms this month while visiting family and friends and had a wonderful time. Marco, the owner is an attentive, kind host and the breakfasts are delicious, so much choice with cereals, yoghurt, fresh local fruit, home baked croissants, fresh pastries, cake and so much more and of course the wonderful freshly brewed coffee. I also like tea in the mornings and that was provided too. The apartment was very clean and modern with every facility you could want in a beautiful location. The house is set in large grounds with fruit trees and other shady areas. The swimming pool is a great addition, with a shaded area and of course sun loungers. Sabaudia is a very pretty area and not far from lovely sandy beaches well served with sun beds and cafes. There is so much to see in the area in including a beautiful lake and San Felice Circeo, such an interesting, picturesque area. There is so much to see and Marco can advise on places of interest. I really hope to visit again as it is one of my favourite places.

I stayed at White Rooms for 8 nights in August with my husband and 2 young children and had fabulous time. The apartment was very clean, large, new and modern with all the conveniences you would expect. Marco was always on hand to offer advice and suggestions for the local area. Sabaudia is a short drive away and can be reached by foot through the forest, along with great supermarket. The beach is just 5 minutes drive and Marco recommended the beach club Rosa Dei Venti, which is great as they have a private car park and a great restaurant, as well as friendly staff.

I had booked the stay for 2 nights, however there were always problems with the booking. After all of them were solved they cancelled my reservation 2 weeks before the trip. In August! I booked them back in May and honestly didn't want to worry about booking since than. Probably the stay there could be great, but there are too much troubles with them before the stay.

Amazing location in the heart of nature, surrounded by vegetation and close to the city of Sabaudia and its unique waterfront. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, well equipped with all necessary amenities and charming furniture. Exceptional breakfast, rich with local homemade products and freshly brewed coffee and tea. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and shaded by a considerable amount of pine (umbrella) trees. Besides the seaside, we totally recommend to go to the lake, rent a canoe, have a walk in the national park and visit the picturesque village of San Felice Circeo, only 10 minutes away, with its breathtaking views over the Pontine Islands. Marco is an extremely careful host, always willing to help and share precious advises on places where to go for a sunset aperitivo over the sea or a delicious dinner with fresh seafood. Thank you very much for your care and attention, we are looking forward to visiting the White rooms again soon.
