Great hotel. Location is inside JR station building. Don't need to drag your suitcase outside the building to reach your hotel.

Very good, cheap price Clean new room Adjacent to Family Mart and restaurants open 24 hours. 2 minutes walk from Yamagata train station. Approximately 150 meters. Give 10 full, not broken

Richmond Hotel Yamagata Ekimae
The room smells of cigarettes. Asking for a room change or upgrade is not possible, they said it was fully booked. But I checked on the application and there was still hope for a room.
