Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

食事会場に行く時にエレベーターが少なくて乗れない。
食事中に小さな子どもを連れていて、うるさかったのかスタッフがお盆を何回も引いてきた。
早く帰らせたいのかと感じて、非常に気分が悪かった。

古さは感じられますが、リニューアルされてラウンジが使えたり、温泉の雰囲気が落ち着いた感じになっていたところはよかったです。ビュッフェは混雑していて並んでいるうちに料理が冷めてしまったので、会場を２箇所に分ける、時間帯を分散させるなどの工夫があったら良いかなと思います。

すごく良いホテルで大勢の人が宿泊にきているので、夕食の大人料金をお酒を飲まない人の事を考えて頂き料金変更を考えて頂きたいと思ってます。
部屋が乾燥していてすぐ喉が渇く感じでしたので、そこを改善していただければ人気度がさらに上がりみんな宿泊施設に選びたくなると思うます。
これから鳥羽方面に行く時に宿泊場所として選びたいと家族で考えてます。

ご飯が美味しそうって理由で選びましたが想像超えてました。種類多いしほんとにどれも美味しくて、このホテルのためだけにまた来たいねって話してるくらいです。内装も綺麗でゆったりできます。一つだけ残念だったのは夜のバータイムで子供も結構いたのでそこまでゆっくりできなかったことです。エリア分けるとかあれば嬉しいです！

22時頃の到着となってしまったのでラウンジの利用はしませんでしたが、ホテル全体的にやや古さを感じるものの不便なく過ごしました。
スタッフの皆様、とても丁寧な接客で満足です。
また、インバウンドのお客さんがほぼいらっしゃらない日だったのもあり、ホテルロビーから大浴場まで全てゴミなど落ちてることなく、皆さん綺麗に使用されていて、エレベーターも順番を守る等の秩序が保たれていたのでとても良かったです。
次の旅行先にも同系列のホテルがあれば是非利用してみたいと思います。

平日月曜日の18:00頃に行き、チェックインはとてもスムーズでした。駐車場は広くて停めやすかったです。夜だとホテル周辺に街灯が少なくて、入口まで少し迷いました。
お部屋は6階のマウンテンビュー和室、子連れ三名で利用。設備は少し古めですが、掃除は行き届いていて快適でした。山側だけど海も見えました。
無料WiFiは繋がりにくいと聞いていたけど、試しに三台のAndroid端末を繋げてみたら全部問題なく使えました。お部屋の場所によるのかもしれません。
ビュッフェは値段の割に大満足でした！メインディッシュがどん！って感じではないけど、品数の豊富さが魅力なビュッフェだと思いました。補充も割りと早かった。朝食の終わりかけに人気のホットコーヒーが枯れてたくらいです。
中国人の団体観光客もいましたが、エレベーター利用で特に困ることはありませんでした。
正直、あまりの口コミの悪さに覚悟して行きましたがw良い意味で期待を裏切られました。週末と平日でかなり差があるのかな。子供に対しても温かく対応してくださり、とても有難かったです。
すぐ寝たのでラウンジサービスは利用できませんでしたが、お酒を飲まない人には少し魅力に欠けるラインナップかもしれません。館内にも周辺にも売店が本当にゼロなので、欲しい方は事前持ち込み必須。
1階のキッズルームはこじんまりとしていて、長時間遊ぶ感じではありませんが、ちょっとした遊びには良かったです。

夕食時2部制にしているものの予約ではないため、人数把握なし。レストランに、入りきらない場合は離れた大広間に案内される。
遠いため、取りに行くのは大変だが、席は静かでゆっくり食べられた。どちらがいいかは個人差かもしれないが、カートの利用を遠方の席の人優先にしてもらいたかった。
カートがあれば一度にたくさん持ち運べる。我が家は小さい子がいるため更に大変だった。
