The service of the staff was very good. We can’t speak Japanese well but fortunately, there were English-speaking staff. And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. Appreciate all the staff hospitality throughout our stay.
The hotel lobby and public bath area were always kept clean. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the bed was comfortable.
There are many restaurants to choose from about 5-10 minutes walk away. And a short 5-20 minutes drive can bring us to Aeon Nago or the restaurants located along the beaches.

Parking space is limited when I went back at late, however staff guided me to other parking space so quick and he actually ran to that location and showed me, it was so nice but I didn’t want to bother any staff over there because it was almost early in the morning… anyway I appreciate all

Room is okay, not too spacious when we have two suitcase placed in room. We were delighted by the massage chair in our room. However the hot spring was not hot enough at all. It was at 37.7 degrees all time.
Parking could be better as it was a bit narrow in the back area and our vehicle could not use the indoor one even it fits into the elevator. Staffs were friendly and helpful though :)
